With the development of the society, people’s desire to high quality education resources is higher and higher. High quality education resources is one of the core factors of the teachers. A good teacher must be able to to master this subject from a higher level of knowledge, to better carry out the corresponding teaching activities. From a certain degree, good ontological knowledge is the basic elements of teachers to conduct teaching.This article selects the ontological knowledge of high school physics teachers as the main research content, the ontological knowledge of high school physics teachers and related theory are analyzed. On this basis, through the questionnaire survey, the high school physics teachers’ ontological knowledge analysis of the status of the investigation, and puts forward the development of high school physics teachers’ontological knowledge This thesis is divided into four chapters:First chapter is the introduction including the research background, the paper in combed the domestic and foreign research on high school physics teachers’ ontological knowledge combined with their own thinking, study the deficiency of the research content, research significance, research purpose and research methods.The second chapter is theoretical overview. This paper introduces the theoretical knowledge related to this study, this paper expounds the contents of high school physics teachers’ ontological knowledge, this research the main concepts and research scope is defined.The third chapter is the research subject, through careful analysis, summed up the high school physics teacher ontology knowledge characteristics of the present situation and the development state of being investigated. It is found that the surveyed the ontology knowledge of high school physics teachers have greater room to improve on the questionnaire data collected from back.The fourth chapter is on the basis of the analysis of the results of the study, puts forward the training strategies for the high school physics teachers’ ontological knowledge, in order to high school physics teacher professional development to provide a scientific guidance.
