Dynamic Mechanism Research Of Higher Vocational Tourism Education Based On The Perspective Of School Enterprise Cooperation

The higher occupation education is an important part of higher education in our country, developing the higher vocational education is to promote the rapid development of the economic society of our country. China’s tourism industry to participate in international competition, the need for a large number of practical experience of tourism talents, higher tourism vocational education mode of cooperation to realize the goal of training talents of tourism. The existing problems of school enterprise cooperation in higher vocational tourism education is not free, lack of motivation mechanism, the purpose of this study is to explore the construction of system dynamic mechanism of university enterprise cooperation in Higher Vocational Tourism education.The higher occupation education, school enterprise cooperation and dynamic mechanism and other related theory as the research foundation, used the method of literature research on all aspects of school enterprise cooperation of internal and external factors are analyzed, the effects of factors in the cooperation effect. It introduces the status of domestic tourism school three school enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges is famous, analyzed its successful experience, and find widespread cooperation of tourism education in higher vocational school and enterprises problem. Finally, the related theoretical research, casestudy analysis and problem analysis based on school enterprise cooperation, put forward the construction of system dynamic mechanism of university enterprise cooperation in Higher Vocational Tourism Education Countermeasures and suggestions.
