Research On University-Enterprise Cooperation Guarantee Mechanism In Higher Vocational Education

Over the 40 years of reform and opening up, China’s vocational education consistently takes serving as their aim, and employment as their guide, which has formed the training mode of university-enterprise cooperation and work-integrated learning. The establishment of the model promptly put forward the development of vocational education and promotes the talent training quality. However, with the continuous development of university-enterprise cooperation, the deep-seated problems, such as the absence of stakeholders decision-making mechanism, the imperfection of market-oriented operation mechanism and the incompletion of safeguard mechanism,etc,are gradually revealed, they have become a bottleneck restricting the development of vocational education.This paper has explored from the Angle of guarantee system construction, through the business English specialty university-enterprise cooperation guarantee mechanism of questionnaire survey, points out the present situation of the safeguard mechanism, analyzes the main problems of security mechanism and factors influencing the safeguard mechanism, and puts forward the countermeasures of perfecting the guarantee mechanism. The main work and research content are as follows:The first chapter summarizes the present research condition of university-enterprise cooperation guarantee mechanism and the research status of university-enterprise cooperation in Business English Specialty, and points out the deficiency existing in the current studies.The second chapter analyzes the formation and the inscape of university-enterprise cooperation guarantee mechanism in higher vocatio- nal education. The inscape includes laws and regulations, mechanism and system.The third chapter does the investigation of university-enterprise cooperation in Business English Specialty, analyzes the current guarantee mechanism situation of Business English Specialty, and points out the problems existing in the Business English Specialty under guarantee mechanism which are the imperfection of laws and regulations, the lack of mechanism and system.The fourth chapter analyzes major influence of university-enterprise cooperation guarantee mechanism in higher vocational education from internal and external elements. The external element includes government, industry association, social environment. The internal element contains higher vocational colleges, enterprises, and students.The fifth chapter uses the foreign advanced experiences and keeps a foothold of the analysis of the investigation, and proposes the countermeasures of perfecting higher vocational education university-enterprise cooperation guarantee mechanism from the four aspects of government, higher vocational education, enterprise and the third party organization.
