Contemporary Literature (or named Vernacular Chinese) arises from the New Culture Movement in 1915. Since Incorporated the first time in textbook of the Chinese of the high school, constantly, it is a model for calligraphy or painting about Language studying and emotion cultivating, and it carries numerous values, such as information transmitting, emotion exchanging, intelligence lifting, cultivation thinking, soul purifying, and so on. In the past or nowadays, that occupies the great majority proportion, and it is a determining factor about Chinese accomplishment of students who study in the senior high school. So we all ——Chinese subject experts and teachers on the front, pay close attention to how to teach Contemporary Literature, and they still The study of Chinese reading teaching, and then Significant results are obtained. Nevertheless, there are still some problems are unsolved, for example, how to determine the teaching target and expression, how to choose the content of education about Contemporary Literature teaching and What kind of teaching strategy to teach modern article. This is the main reason why I raise the question of instructional design about modern article reading in high school.Instructional design of the modern literature reading teaching hopes for Instructional Design Theories to resolves the trouble above. There are three parts in this whole study, like the introduction, the main part and the conclusion. In the introduction part, Firstly, I analyze the present situation of the modern article reading teaching on the base of the origin of studying, secondly, I Point out that the necessity and urgency of the modern article reading teaching high school, and Plan the research train of thought, then determine the common methods of research. There are four sections in the main part. In the first section, I define core concept of the modern literature reading teaching, such as Contemporary Literature, reading teaching, Instructional design, Instructional design about modern article reading in high school. In the second section, I expound the theory basis of Instructional design of the modern literature reading teaching. This part includes three contents, the first one of them is the value orientation of modern article reading teaching in high school, the second one is the theoretical basis of the modern literature reading teaching design, the last one is the Present ideas of Contemporary Literature in Chinese textbooks in senior middle school. In the third section, I analyze basic elements of the modern literature reading teaching, such as teacher, student and content of courses, and untangle their interconnections. In the third section, I explore the extrinsic behaviors of the modern literature reading teaching. This part includes two contents——setting and expression of instructional objectives and selection of instructional strategies. In view of the four value functions of the Contemporary Literature above, Four instructional.strategies are put forward, such as instructional strategy of information processing, instructional strategy of reading to think to combine, instructional strategy of cooperation-exploring, instructional strategy of experience and feeling. And then I demonstrate four case, the first one is "Border town" (excerpts), the second one is "Qin Yuan Chun Changsha", the third one is "The Lotus Pool by Moonlight", and the last one is "Thunderstorm" (excerpts). In the conclusion part, I Point out that the innovation of this study, limitations and ideas for future research.This study utilizes four research methods, for example, documentary method, survey method, observational method and case analysis method.When analyzing and evaluating teacher’s capacity of Instructional design of the modern literature reading teaching, I utilize survey method and observational method. And when teasing and summarizing Existing problems of the modern literature reading teaching and the research status of Instructional design of the modern literature reading teaching, I utilize documentary method. And when expounding instructional strategies of Instructional design of the modern literature reading teaching, I utilize case analysis method.
