Migrant labor from the previous single way out gradually evolved into family migration patterns, showing a "family of flow" phenomenon, is the emergence of new groups of migrant children in this social transition. With the rapid development and urbanization of the economy, the flow of population size and growth, the number of migrant children continues to grow, this large group appeared in the city, but also caused widespread concern in the community. Because of unfair rural dual structure, education policy and other institutional factors, among them there are some social prejudice and discrimination, coupled with cultural differences in urban and rural culture, making migrant children in urban adaptation of a great deal of resistance. In the critical period of growth, urban adaptation of migrant children handled properly, lack of effective guidance and supervision, it is prone to mood disorders, interpersonal difficulties, academic decline and so on. Migrant Children in the early socialization of migrant children in this period, immature, lack of social experience, migrant children very susceptible to the lure of external adverse factors, resulting in deviant behavior and even deviant behavior. In addition, within the community in the process of adaptation to individual cities larger problem of migrant children, targeted to carry out casework. Casework major deviation problem for migrant children’s behavior, interpersonal issues. Social Work late, I get feedback information activities in the form of interviews, organize social work service activities feedback information discovery, urban migrant children has increased adaptability, self-confidence and interpersonal relations have improved. Finally, the effect of the author and services and issues, from social work practice departure summary and reflection. Social Work Urban adaptation of migrant children to help migrant children get psychological support, and learn how to manage relationships in service activities, build confidence and establish personal ideals.
