Research On Social Work Intervention Project Of Migrant Children's Urban Adaptation

Along with the new stage of reform and opening up,China's economy and social development have undergone tremendous changes.The urban development process has accelerated and requires a large amount of labor.This has led more and more rural people to enter the city to seek job development opportunities.Many of these children also enter the city with their parents to start a new life.Migrant children entering the city need to face changes in their living environment,cultural practices.However,due to their young age and lack of social experience,they may be in a state of maladaptation in the process of undergoing environmental changes.Whether they can smoothly adapt to urban life is not only related to their own healthy growth,but also to the stability and harmony of the entire society.This article relies on institutional internship projects,combined with relevant research,to clarify the problems faced by migrant children in urban adaptation.Under the guidance of the professional social work theory,the group work method is used to build a long group to intervene and intervene in the problems that migrant children have in the urban process,and at the same time seek social working methods and models to solve the dilemma of migrant children in urban areas.The article first expounds the project background and related overview,reviews the research of relevant scholars,establishes the existing research results in the field,and refers to the implementation experience of related projects,designing the corresponding interview outline and questionnaire,and 56 of the fixed-point communities.Analyzes the research data and the evaluation data to design the team to complete the set goals.Through the later evaluation,the problems of migrant children in urban life,cognitive emotions and social support have been significantly improved,and urban adaptability has been improved.Finally,summarize and reflect on the experience and deficiencies in the project development process,provide suggestions for social work to intervene in the urban adaptation of migrant children,and promote the localization of social work.
