In recent years,the widely used of information technology in education,Making the constitution of Chinese curriculum for new standard of junior high school and selection of each edition of the textbooks are closer to the needs of the new era of the students. The new curriculum standard of Chinese language emphasize the demandment of the Chinese reading,the key is to establish a modern reading theory,give full consideration to students’ reading initiative and the diversity demand,and reading mentality in their reading.But the present teaching mode, students read the text of the limited time in class, mainly teachers teach knowledge content through the teacher questions, students answer the way of teaching, the learning level and effect of students is not according to the feedback do much consideration.The reformation of teaching modle is one of the important direction for educative reformation.But the present teaching models not enough to realize the new curriculum of Chinese reading of the standard.The main purpose of this study is combined with the Teaching actualities,and dialogue with the goal of "new curriculum standard for reading teaching in junior high school language ",basing to the problem the teachers faced and finding the corresponding teaching model under the new curriculum standard for Chinese reading.This paper is based on the constructivism learning theory and humanistic theory,and mainly combination of junior high school Chinese curriculum standards,through collecting the results of the survey of questionnaire of junior middle school teachers and according theoretical basis,designed under the environment of information technology to cultivate students’ modern reading idea and promote between the teacher-student,student-student interaction teaching model. And according to the teaching model to design the specific case of teaching,at the same time giving the efficiency analysis to be an example to the junior high school language teachers in the classroom teaching model,and to be a basis for improving and perfect the model.moreover to promote the teachers reach the teaching goal that to help students to achieve the subject status and the exchange of mind, pay attention to students’ unique experience and feelings in the process of reading and improve students’reading ability,train the sense of language.
