With the development of information technology education caused a profound change, technology in education as education inevitable development trend of information technology, "e-book package" as a new technology in education, teaching students to help promote more effective for the purpose of learning to become a public and government support objects. I believe that the comprehensive national experts say, the e-book package is a hardware form and without the use of a fixed offer educational resources, virtual tools to support learners personalized learning, interactivity and the ability to realize on-demand services that help learners to higher-order Learning IT environment. EBook package is a web-based environment, take full advantage of cloud technology, its wealth of digital educational resources, education and many other elements of the system are connected, to meet learners’ personality development, personnel training aid in the process of high-order learning helps learners to develop higher-order thinking in the modern network information society, the role of e-book package in the education process is very obvious.This paper reviewed the e-book package sorting and related theories, the theory of higher-order thinking, constructivist learning theory, technology theory as the theoretical basis, by the students and teachers of the questionnaire showed that the current use of the e-book package is still very satisfaction degree students use e-book package and its usage needs to be improved, and teachers perception and attitude to be further changes in the e-book package, for which training is proposed for the higher-order thinking e Book package application strategy, in order to enhance the e-book package the effectiveness of classroom use, we should pay attention to students’ e-book package of application experience, combined with ebook package optimization "flipped classroom" a unique utility, make full use of the e-book package brings autonomous cooperation and inquiry-based learning. Through the analysis and design of junior high school mathematics curriculum similarity to further explanation and analysis on electronic applications in the classroom and their effects.
