Since 2001, officially launched a new round of basic education curriculum reform in our country, compared with the previous curriculum reform, the new curriculum reform for many exists` problems in our basic education, has carried on the comprehensive system of change, however, the reform of the curriculum reform ultimately comes down to the classroom teaching, the teacher is the key factor, can guarantee the reform smoothly. With the deep reform of the teachers’ status and role, teachers’ development become almost all school improvement scheme and key elements of the education reform proposal. The new round of new curriculum reform for basic education has been 13 years, of which also has been a rapid growth of teachers’ development. Based on the new curriculum reform of teacher development as the research object, through collecting and analyzing relevant materials about teachers’ development, based on the author’s interviews and education practice, strive to explore new curriculum reform since the implementation of the teacher development of our country’s present situation and the factors affecting the development of teachers, and on this basis, the reflection on the policy and practice of teacher development problems and deficiencies, for the future healthy development of the teachers in the new curriculum reform, put forward Suggestions and reference, promote the development of teachers in the continuous improvement of the policy and practice, for the smooth implementation of the new curriculum reform and healthy development, provide support and protection.This research mainly use the historical method, literature research and interview method, and use the multiple perspectives, multidisciplinary research angle of view, since the implement of new curriculum reform in our country the status quo of teacher development, overall understanding and detailed analysis. This research formed by five parts:The first part introduces the reason of my choice and research value, and to redefine some core concepts, domestic about teacher development were analyzed and summarized in this paper the existing research results, and some research methods used in this paper.Second part on the basis of the historical process of new curriculum reform implementation, namely: the preparation and transition stage(2000-2001), the experimental area of start up and advancing stage(2001-2003), large extension, debug and normal phase(since 2004), could be divided into three stages, teacher development and teacher development each stage the core content of summary and summarized.The third part mainly from the teachers professional development, teachers’ personal development and social development of three aspects, analyzes the implementation of new curriculum reform under the background of the current basic situation of teachers’ development in our country.The fourth part, based on the third part of analyzing the current situation of teacher development, comprehensively discussed the main factors affecting the development of teachers, namely, institutional factors, school factors, students and teachers.The fifth part, according to the current in the implementation of new curriculum reform of teacher development present situation and influence factors analysis, put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to promote the development of teachers.
