The director is the core in the management of kindergarten, kindergarten through the coordination of human, material and financial resources, time and information, plan, execution in kindergarten management, check and review work link, in order to move in circles to realize the garden planning objectives. In the kindergarten management regulations clearly our nurseries in the implementation of director responsibility system, the principal plays an important role in the development of kindergarten, kindergarten work is the leader and organizer, is the key to realize the leadership function and run kindergarten. In kindergarten management, excellent principals of high-quality know how to optimize the allocation of resources, rational allocation of human, financial and material resources, the development of kindergarten characteristic, how to arouse the enthusiasm of the staff, know how to build team work and good communication. On the contrary, immature new director, do not have much in the theoretical aspect, kindergarten experience is not rich, not widely interpersonal relationship, in the kindergarten management professional knowledge, professional ability, professional spirit and professional attitude have yet to be developed, there are puzzling for overall planning and management of the kindergarten. Visible director for a kindergarten development plays a leading function, is the key to high quality preschool formation.The above is part of some more.This study tries to related research reference of professional development of new principal professional development and the principal to the writing of this thesis to inspire, basic fact materials in the collection of private kindergarten principals’ professional development on the early years of private kindergarten, analysis the new principal professional development initial period the existing office of confusion and problems, find the confusion reason, analysis the influencing factors, coping strategies finally gives support the rationality of this research, hope our service in the study of private kindergarten principal professional development on.This studay’s object is new private kindergarten principals,through the questionnaire survey was conducted among 88 private the kindergarten,in view of the representative eight new director interview investigation,preliminary obtained the developing private kindergarten’s new director of material facts,through summarizing and analyzing these fact material,found the new private kindergarten in the process of managemeng of thekindergarten there are lot of confusion,specific confusionsinclude:relationshipcoordinationinclude:parents,teacher,education administrative department.professional ability include kindergarten program,management system to build,shape the kindergarten culture,teacher’s professional ability to ascend.resource allocation include:hardware,professionalteacher,training,time management,teacher’s management(promoteteacher’sprofessionallevel,inspiringteachers,teacher’s liquidity,the unity cooperation ability training of teachers),professional spirit exist not confident,can’t reflect on yourself,can’t set up the correct education concept.There is confusion, kindergarten hardware improvement. Therefore, most of the new director of a comprehensive analysis of various levels of service discovery led to confusion, factors of private kindergarten the principal confusion has two aspects of objective and subjective factors.
