The second is the current hierarchical training system for a lack of clear and lack of sexual training sequence. Teacher training idea renewal, ignore training resources to plan as a whole.The third is the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in training is low. Teacher is adult, dominated by "adult thinking", but this characteristic and didn’t get the respect they deserve and expression. stratification theory and practice also calls the improvement of teacher training.Based on the above thinking, combination of personal experience and professional practice direction, I establish this topic "research present situation of hierarchical training of primary school teachers in Wuxi city". Theoretically, combing "tiered training", "adult learning" theory and research will be based on the conclusions of the two binding sites. From the practice, participate in relevant activities of Wuxi tiered training primary school teachers, choose teachers from different stages of development as a professional survey, conducted practice survey, presented recommendations to improve training activities, and aimed at effectively improve the effectiveness and relevance of training.This paper has five main parts.
