With the continuous deepening of the new curriculum reform, teacher training is becoming more and more important role in the development of basic education.Teacher training began to focus on individual teachers, emphasis on "teaching for teachers", to promote the common development of various types of teachers,emphasis on training effectiveness, and improve the effectiveness of training.Theoretical studies have demonstrated the improvement of teacher training is accord with the trend of the times. Wuxi emphasis on the training of primary school teachers,implementing a tiered training of primary school teachers, provides a good experimental plot for the improvement of teachers’ tiered training mode. But in the actual the gap of teacher training activities still exist three prominent problems, one is the teachers’ lack of hierarchical training of personalized development. Ignored in the training of teacher’s individual care, this to meet the demand of different teachers’ professional development didn’t get the attention they deserve. The second is the current hierarchical training system for a lack of clear and lack of sexual training sequence. Teacher training idea renewal, ignore training resources to plan as a whole.The third is the enthusiasm of teachers to participate in training is low. Teacher is adult, dominated by "adult thinking", but this characteristic and didn’t get the respect they deserve and expression. stratification theory and practice also calls the improvement of teacher training.Based on the above thinking, combination of personal experience and professional practice direction, I establish this topic "research present situation of hierarchical training of primary school teachers in Wuxi city". Theoretically, combing "tiered training", "adult learning" theory and research will be based on the conclusions of the two binding sites. From the practice, participate in relevant activities of Wuxi tiered training primary school teachers, choose teachers from different stages of development as a professional survey, conducted practice survey, presented recommendations to improve training activities, and aimed at effectively improve the effectiveness and relevance of training.This paper has five main parts. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the reason of this topic, research significance and the basic concepts,review of the research status in China and abroad and on the basis to defines "teacher training", "Teacher Training stratification" these core concepts, then introduces the method and idea of research; The second chapter is the theoretical basis of this study,the interpretation of the "adult learning", "teacher training" two theories, explain the significance of the theory of teacher training based on adult learning theory; The third chapter is the research of primary School Teachers Training stratification in Wuxi city,respectively, from the teachers point of view and organizers of the training point of view, to investigate the status of Wuxi city hierarchical training from the many aspects of the training effect, to understand the existing problems in the teacher training, to provide factual basis for the following specific recommendations; The fourth chapter is suggestions of improvement of Wuxi city primary school teachers training,combining theory and practice, put forward relevant strategies to improve teacher training school in Wuxi city; The fifth chapter is conclusion and outlook, summarizes the existing research and reflection papers deficiencies, pointed out the future research direction.Through research: first, to promote personalized development of teachers,rich training resources. To enrich the training resources to meet the demand of different teachers’ personal development. Second, clear adult characteristics of teachers, teachers as a whole the development of personalized requirements, improve teachers’ potential. Third, teachers should attach great importance to the construction of systematic stratification, attaches great importance to the concept of updating, in teacher training to promote effective development of serialization.
