Since 1990 s,the development of private higher education has been on a stage of rapid development.Through over ten years' rapid development,private higher education transformed gradually scale development into intension development.Meanwhile,lack of excellent teachers has been a "neck of bottle" restricting the intension development.Therefore,if private colleges want to develop continuously,school administrators should strengthen inner management and establish a scientific,rational and effective incentive mechanism to reduce the rate of employee turnover.It is a primary task for the private universities to establish an excellent,well-organized and relatively stable team of teachers of sound political and ideological mind as well as highly-qualified proficiency.The theory of incentive is a core content of the performance management of human resources.A good motivating mechanism can give full pay to teachers' enthusiasm and exert their latent energy and promote the achievement of their goals of their individuals and schools.The thesis studies the motivation management mechanism for non-governmental university faculty management of Wuxi T University.First of all,the thesis illuminates the research background and significance,reviews previous studies at home and abroad and points out the research object and methodology.The author briefly summarizes some relevant theoretical bases.Secondly,the author adopts the quantitative research method to analyze the problems and causes of the existing incentive mechanism of Wuxi T University on the basis that a survey of questionnaire is conducted among teachers of this university.Finally,based on the motivation theory,this paper intends to build and improve the contents of incentive mechanism of Wuxi T University.It includes the following aspects: establish and improve staff prompting mechanism and the remuneration system,establish development spirit of incentive mechanism and the incentive mechanism,etc.Meanwhile,the author puts forward the measures to ensure the implement of the incentive mechanism of Wuxi T University.This paper constructs the framework of a relatively excellent incentive mechanism for teachers,which is suitable for the current situation of Wuxi T University.
