With the development of a new round of basic education curriculum reform, all the parts of teaching were put forward a new specific requirements,which is both opportunity and challenge for each education workers.Specially, the reform of Chinese teaching emphasizes importance to the classroom teaching mode. In the recent years the domestic and foreign scholars have been actively exploring a more effective teaching mode and a large number of excellent Chinese classroom teaching mode have been proposed, which bring significant changes to the Chinese classroom teaching.New Chinese teaching mode are mostly in the form of autonomy, cooperation and exploration, making originally rigid language classroom become more active.The author understands Dr. Han Lifu effective teaching mode, FFS, in teaching, and this teaching mode has achieved great performance in the national hundreds of schools. What’s more, there are a few middle schools employing the teaching mode in Hohhot. The author surveys the present situation of high school Chinese teaching, discovers that the students’ autonomy, innovation and learning enthusiasm is not high, and finds that students prefer autonomous and cooperative learning mode and that they also want to express their views and ideas. Effective teaching mode, producing after learning and evaluation, put forward by Dr. Han is to encourage students to find and solve the problem in the process of learning and to be the master of learning, stimulating students’ interest in Chinese. The author mainly introduces the concept and theoretical basis of effective teaching and its exhaustive process of employment, so that everybody has deeper understanding of effective teaching mode. Meanwhile, every coin has twosides.When we see its effects, we should take into consideration what we can do to make it better.After effective teaching model is employed, students’ grades have significantly improved and learning autonomy has been enhanced. Moreover,it is obvious that the language ability of students have improved. In addition,the teacher has been continuously learning language, making progress, and trying to do a good job in every step of the teaching. But it takes such a long time to put forward a pattern from and to perfect it. Hence, the research is not thorough. As far as I am concerned, I will try my best, with a heart of loving education, to continue Chinese education.
