In the 21st century, the moral quality of Chinese younsters and their spiritual life affect the promotion of Chinese cultural quality and the development of national spirit. At the same time, it determines whether there is sustainable power for the great practice of the Chinese Reform and Innovation.The study life of middle school is the crucial period of the form of the younsters’views on life,outlook on the worls and value. Thus, it is vital for the younsters’physical well-being and mental healthto set up the course of Ideology and moral in theory and in practice on this stage.With the explosion of knowledge and the fast spreading of information, the teaching setting of the Ideological and moral lessons has been experiencing huge change. As a result, the new innovation of the curriculum have to meet the challenge of the changing teaching setting.This course focuses on not only the process of teaching, but the students’ ability to discover, analyze and settle porbels and their inner capacity; this course not only helps stuidents to establish the right morality but also instructs them to do positive actions to the individuals, families and the society with the guidance of their mind; this course is supposed to work in the terms of nurturing learning ability and the capacity of understang the life and the world. However, for the subjective and objective reasons, the traditional advantages of this course is also the obstacle of its development. Therefore, it is vital to discuss the effectiveness of the teaching in Ideological and moral calss, which is also the task of the innovation of this course.Based on the teaching experiences, the author conduted the survey on the Ideological and moral calss of Haibowan District in Wuhai. This thesis contributes to the improvement and reinforcement of the teaching in the moral calss in theory and in practice.This thesis explores the effectiveness of improving the teaching of the elementary moral lesson; meanwhile, this paper also reviews and reasonably summarize the author’s teaching process, which is beneficial to lift up the teaching level.
