As the new round of basic education course reform of China, in recent years the application of the local course resources has gradually attracted more and more attention of educators, the research of local course resources also gradually is rising. This paper tries to understand the unique value of the local course resources in Alashan. The local course resources of Alashan is true, reliable, rich and easy to take, there is a strong regional and local course resource. Therefore, in senior high school chemistry teaching, we can use the local course resource which has the close relationship with students’ lives, teaching the materials can be based on the background knowledge in real life return to life. To promote the course reform in basic education of Alashan, to cultivate useful talents for Alashan’s economic and cultural development, to improve their sense of social responsibility and the cultivation of students’ social practice, there is the very strong theory value and practice meaning.This study adopts literature research method, questionnaire as case study, research on the related concepts of the local course resource.The application of high school chemistry teaching about the local course resources, of local curriculum resource demand condition and the Alashan local curriculum resources in high school chemistry teaching in the local curriculum resources, design the application of educational administrators, teachers, students, questionnaire then, analysis of survey data, combined with the high school new chemistry textbook content requirements, analysis of chemical teaching materials suitable for the use of local curriculum resources, this field of teaching high school in Alashan; to explore the use of local curriculum resources in the teaching, study two kinds of teaching forms by combining with practical cases, and the case analysis:The 71% teachers teaching to the new textbooks are not allowed to grasp, is a typical problem of the chemical in the new curriculum reform, there are 81% teachers lack necessary new textbook teaching equipment, so that more than half of the teachers are considered to be the application of local curriculum resources in high school chemistry teaching, and also can improve the learning interest of the students. 75% of the students in the class the teacher explained with Alashan characteristics of knowledge points are also interested in. But a part of teachers’ problems on the application of the local curriculum resources fuzzy not clear, in the process of teaching or don’t care. The use of outside the school curriculum resources, only for the textbook use rate is 100%, resource utilization rate is very low in other courses.The teacher set the situation is closely related to students’ life, and guide students to analyze problems, summed up the problem, let the student carry on the method of self exploration is the reform and innovation for the chemical teaching. The application of Alashan local curriculum resources in high school chemistry teaching so that teachers and students into the life of the production site learning mode of interaction, communication between teachers and students has increased significantly. Enable the students to recognize the close relationship between chemistry and the human life and social development, improve the students have learned in actual application in chemistry.By analyzing the present situation of the application of local course resources in high school chemistry teaching and practical teaching, to understand teaching application of the local course resources is very interested in chemistry teaching. The most teachers believe that the application of the local course resources is very important, but the overall application of course resources, some problems are still exist, there are problems of equipment shortages deviation, the shortage attention of the school, can match the chemistry course resources of Chemistry Teachers’ understanding of the local course resources. I hope in the future teaching, will continue to be subject to further explore the best ways, and the use of Alashan local course resources, also hope to have more and more application of Chemical Education of the local course resources, to promote the development of chemical education.
