Classroom management is one of the important factors which affect the quality of classroom teaching. However, quality of classroom teaching depends on the efficiency of classroom management. High school education is an important component of basic education, and the traditional high school classroom management ideas seriously impact the quality of classroom teaching. As a result, they restrict the student’s self-development and innovation play, hindering the fu.ll implementation of quality education. In this context, the first-line high school teachers need to change the traditional classroom management philosophy, use the effective education teaching management theory to classroom management, establish a "student-centered" philosophy of education, promote the comprehensive development of students in primary stage, build effective classroom management, and even change the current ineffective classroom situation, in order to realize the true meaning of education reform.This paper expounds the concepts of class management of senior high school from the following aspects Firstly, teachers should establish a Health-oriented philosophy, student development-oriented, rich teaching resources and advocate learning independently, enhance students’ consciousness; Secondly, teachers should establish a school to teach a given concept, give the full attention of students, understand the learning situation, as well as manufacturing "brain storm" to enliven the classroom, start student divergent thinking; Thirdly, teachers should foster the idea of firmness and flexibility, use appropriate motivational and punishment strategies, for classroom implementation of effective regulation, to reduce crisis during class; Fourthly, teachers should explore the idea of establishing cooperation, create a teaching situation or atmosphere to promote the common development of teachers and students, and promote students to form a good team spirit by group cooperative learning approach; Fifthly, teachers should establish a happy symbiosis concept:teaching happily in the classroom, guiding students’learning, fully tapping the potential of students. And students should identify the start for thinking and stimulate the motivation of thinking too.In a word, the research of senior high school classroom management can help high school teachers to improve their professional development, the efficiency of classroom management in high school and break the rigid mode of classroom management. It is conducive to improve the all round development of students, to cultivate students’ creativity and practical ability. The research on the management concepts of senior high school classroom, and teaching practice in senior high school try to help teachers establish the concepts of classroom management in theory and practice, and have the certain reference value to improve the efficiency of classroom management in high school.
