College teachers are not only who just taught knowledge, but also the people who practice and passed the exploration spirit and innovation spirit.they spread China dream, they are the builder who this support Chinese "dream of team" as well, so focus on as well as improve the management of College teachers have an important significance. However traditional management methods can not follow the current situation of College and university teachers any more, and has caused some problems for teachers management, management efficiency is not high too. Autonomous management absorbed advantages of rigid management and flexible management, overcome their shortcomings, so the autonomous management provides more and better choice for managers of college teachers. Autonomous management is more consistent with the characteristics of the college teacher’ management,also more adaptable to the future of college management.This paper take Inner Mongolia university universities for example, strive to explore independent management through ascension to improve university teachers’ management, give full play to teachers’ autonomy and creativity so as to better adapt to society and the objective laws of education development, promote the continuous development of colleges and universities, meet the new demand of new time to constantly improve the school quality and academic level. This paper clear the related concepts of autonomous management, and expounds the necessity and feasibility of implementation of university teachers’ autonomous management management; Through the survey found that there were problems, then analyze the causes of the problem, try to be traced back to the basics; Finally combining with the investigation and analysis to the results and literature support, from colleges and universities, administrators, teachers and tripartite cooperation four Suggestions to consummate the university teachers’ independent management.
