As a hot topic in the field of basic education reform and research in recent years class self-management is beneficial to stimulate students' autonomy,independence and creativity,and helps to reduce the work burden of the head teacher.On the basis of previous studies,this paper systematically sorts out the theoretical and practical problems of junior high schools' class self-management.According to the investigation and analysis of more than 900 students and 80 teachers of A school in Laoshan district,Qingdao,I summarized problems and reasons in junior high school class autonomous management and put forward the corresponding improvement strategies.The survey finds that the problems of junior middle schools' class self-management mainly involve three aspects: there is no good atmosphere to support self-management,the class self-management lacks reasonable system support and the class management evaluation system lacks of science.There are four factors that affect the formation of a good atmosphere of class self-management.For students,there are problems such as great differences in individual abilities,weak awareness of participating in class management and low satisfaction.In the aspect of head teachers,there are some problems such as weak self-management theory,limited management ability and limited promotion approaches.On the school side,there is the problem of imperfect governance system;In terms of cultural construction,there are problems of lack of school culture and classroom situation.Democracy and participation is not strong class management system of the existing problems.There are some problems in class management evaluation system,such as utilitarian evaluation of teachers,simplistic evaluation of students and emphasis on results rather than process.In view of the above problems,this paper puts forward the improvement countermeasures and suggestions of junior high schools' class self-management.The first is to create a good atmosphere of self-management: students should enhance the awareness of participating in class self-management,and actively participate in the construction of activities;The head teacher should set up the correct idea,participate in the training actively,enhance the management ability;We should work together to create a truly supportive environment for independent management.Secondly,to strengthen the system construction of class self-management: to determine the goal,to make class rules and discipline routine management;Set up the system of self-management class committee;Report on a weekly basis and set up an independent management team;Special person responsible for the establishment of duty monitor responsibility system and class affairs contract system;Integral management to realize the visualization of independent management;We will implement the supervision mechanism and improve the management system.Finally,it is to carry out reasonable evaluation of independent management and realize scientific education evaluation from three aspects of teachers,students and process,so as to finally solve the problem of independent management of junior high schools' classes and improve the quality of independent management of junior high schools' classes.
