Guangxi belongs to the western part of the ethnic minority areas, although the economic level is relatively backward, but education informatization is not far behind. The current national promote elementary education new curriculum reform, provide platform and opportunity for the development of information technology, is pressing for the vast number of primary and secondary school teachers improve the informationization teaching ability.Guangxi should seize the opportunity to follow up and quickly to raise their level of education. And city information level of primary school teachers in guangxi, especially Chinese subject more need to pay attention to and understand more. Guangxi, then, the present situation of informatization of primary school Chinese teachers teaching ability and training? There is a problem? What are the main causes of these problems? How to solve these problems? Is worth us to explore and research.This study selected the guangxi nanning, liuzhou, wuzhou of yulin city, guilin, five cities of 10 primary schools, 147 Chinese teachers as the research object. In order to ensure the reliability and authenticity of the survey, choose a combination of purposive sampling and random sampling. Adopt the method of questionnaire and semi-structured interview about their teachers’ information technology teaching ability of information-based teaching consciousness, consciousness of informatization teaching attitude, teaching application of information technology means, to promote the consciousness of students information), and basic information technology skills(commonly used equipment of master degree, teaching of commonly used software to master degree, teaching resource utilization), informatization instructional design, implementation and evaluation of the ability, teaching design,implementation, evaluation and reflection). And to carry out specific analysis on two cases,the relevant conclusions. Analysis the influence factors of city primary school Chinese teachers teaching ability, and puts forward the solution.The study found that primary school Chinese teachers’ current informationization te aching ability in guangxi are as follows: the informationization teaching consciousness:almost all the teachers are willing to use the information technology teaching means in teaching. Teachers surveyed think master information technology teaching applicati on ability is very important. Teachers to use information technology teaching means high of primary school Chinese teaching effect. The teaching demand is the main mo tivations of application information technology teaching. Half of the teachers will acti vely encourage students to use information technology means to complete the teaching task. Basic information technology skills: elementary school language teacher to the search engine, network communication software skilled, the image processing, audio and video editing software is rusty. Personal computers, projectors, tape recorders, by most teachers master the teaching resources, language LABS, the network computer class teaching resources are a few people to master. Multimedia courseware is the m ost used informationization teaching resources. Informatization instructional design, im plementation and evaluation aspects: elementary school language teacher, preparing for informatization technology’s attitude is positive and optimistic. Free search on the In ternet become the main source of courseware. Most teachers can choose informationiz ation means complete to read and write the teaching goal, more than half of the teac hers are not used to using informatization technology to complete oral communication,reading, writing training, such as the teaching goal. Most of the teachers will use in formationization means to implement the teaching process each link, in practice and evaluating students’ learning process use less. Information technology teaching is not for a teaching link has obvious effect. The main difficulties encountered in the proce ss of implementing informationization teaching is the lack of corresponding teaching resources and teaching content. Research activity is the main way to exchange experi ence with others. Training: city primary school Chinese teachers accept the informatio nization teaching related training opportunity is not much, training time is very limite d. The main reason for teachers’ participation in training is to learn new technology and improve skills. The main content of the teachers’ participation in training is the use of teaching equipment and hardware facilities and the use of the basic operation,basic software; Integrating information technology into the primary school Chinese s ubject teaching theory and method of training is relatively small. Teacher is generally believed that the theory of the informationization teaching knowledge and teaching r esources, teaching courseware manufacture technology harvest is not big. The main fa ctors influencing the effect of training is the training time is too short. Teaching cour seware manufacture technology such as audio and video animation image is teachers expect the highest rate of training content, in general, teachers expect the training co ntent of comprehensive, rich and diverse.
