| Information technology education and informationization of education are important factor of development and innovation of education at present. informationization is great tread of development of economic and society of world. In school, Information technology education is a demand of informationization of education, reformation of education and cultivation of creative person with ability. In order to apply information technology to teaching and comprehend the conformity between information technology and the other subjects, it is necessary for teachers and students to have some ability to solve question with information technology. Thereby, it is a important task how to cultivate this kind of ability of teachers and students and widely carry Information technology education out in school. The penman took some survey of information technology education and informationization of education of some representational middle school and elementary school in XinCheng District of the city of Huhehaote of Inner Mengolia autonomous region. I have make analysis as follows:1. Information technology education have brought forward some new to teachers. Every teacher should deal with the relationship between information technology subject and conformity of it and the other subjects.2. Every teacher should treat with the relationship between informationtechnology education and computer technology and understand that the goal of information technology education of middle school and elementary school is to cultivate information diathesis of students and emphasize the facility status of information equipment(for example: computer etc.)3. Strenghen cultivation of teachers and settle the question of the faith of modern education of teachers, the question of using correctly information technology during teaching and learning and the question of all kinds of information capacity of teachers through cultivation.
