On Optimal Strategy Of Propagational Path On Employment Information Of Higher Vocational College Graduates

With competition increasing of the human resources market, the problems of higher vocational graduates caused widespread concern in the community. In order to improve the employment status of vocational graduates, prompting healthy competition in the job market, the study analyzed the situation of observing employment information on vocational graduates which accessed to the use of questionnaires and interviews. It found that the most important factor in the current difficult of employment in vocational graduates searching for information is the deviation of path selection, and its low degree of attention the way of graduats obtain employment information. Firstly, to improve the employment rate of graduates, we need to aware that getting scientific and accurate employment information timely is an important condition on improving the employment rate, while help students master the right propagation path of information is a strong guarantee for employment successfully. To achieve the goal, we should encourage government,schools and students themselves to strengthen the understanding and managing of related information paths.Based on the investigation and induction systematically of the research status on the propagation path for employment information and the information propagate theory of higher graduates(contain higher vocational graduates and college graduates) at home and abroad, graduates of six higher colleges in Hebei province are chosen as the main object of the study. Basing on the comparison and analysis of the information propagation path on vocational college and college graduates, question surveys and discussion visits are conducted on the troublematters of searching job, the reliability and satisfaction of information, the degree of difficulty in obtaining employment information, the degree of attention on the propagation path, the importance and timeliness of information, the cost situation of obtaining employment information, then count and analysis of the survey results.The results show that the employment information path choose of higher vocayional graduates in Hebei province contain following problems: the low utilization of employment information propagation path, the poor reliability and timeliness of obtaining information, the less cost for gathering employment information, and the awareness issues of graduates rights and supervision relatively weak. The main causes of the problems contain following terms: the single dependency of informational propagation path for graduates, graduates underestimate timeliness of job information, the neglectance of seeking relevant information for graduates, the larger research work authenticity of employmen information, the school’s career education need to be improved, influcance of family and social environment and so on.The study put forward the following Strategies to improve the propagation path of employment information about higher vocational graduates from different angles in Hebei province. Firstly, the government should enhance relevant legal regulations of information propagation, improve the regulatory mechanisms of employment information, and improve the service system of social employment information. Secondly, the higher vocational college should build an integrated platform on employment information to improve students’ ability to obtain employment information, improve the utilization of employment information resources, strengthen the student employment guidance, and guide students to strengthen the awareness of entrepreneurship and safeguard their rights. Thirdly, as higher vocational graduates, you should try your best to establish a correct employment view, improve the ability of handling information, and actively obtain employment information, then develop a right mindset of employment.
