Sports are purposeful and conscious social activities of mankind. With the development of society and the continuous evolution, the people through practice, meets the social progress and the need of people’s spiritual life. Athletics sports are the two sides have strong sense of competition, to challenge themselves and enrich their spiritual world; it plays an important role in sports.The original sports are people for a common goal to strive for the national interests and the positive efforts of the results. Nowadays, the Olympic Games is the whole society focus, the spirit has been deep into all sectors of society. Image of the people on the winner has become a memory, and memory is full of look forward to victory. Some natural, simple, ideal, pure thought in the blink of an eye wiped out. Most of the conflicts in sports are caused by the players on the body of the friction. Because of competitive sports crimes become more and more, we have to look at the competitive sports crime occurred from a new point of view.In this thesis, the author uses the research method of documentary, case analysis, logic analysis, and theoretical analysis with the legal principles. Make a deeper research to our country athletics sports crime. The research points out the serious consequences of the participants or the relevant personnel commit an act in violation of the law. The author classifies illegal behaviors in competitive sports, and found that the consequences of criminal behavior are extremely bad. The illegal behaviors seriously affect the progress of the society. The author analyzes thoroughly from the appearance to the inducement of the reasons for illegal behaviors in competitive sports, and closely combined with life events, and discovered that the controversial events occur frequently, which made China’s judicial authorities involved in the matter. Based on the research the author thinks there are some methods can prevent the crime of competitive sports in our country: firstly, based on the sports law judge the crime behavior; secondly, establish and improve a comprehensive sports legislation, with the concept of the law educating people, and let the public to exercise their right to carry out effective supervision of the criminal behavior; At last, strengthen the quality of people’s culture and morality education.
