To understand the current situation of sports major students' cognition for sports laws and regulations in Chengdu colleges and universities,analyze the existing problems of this cognitive status and influencing factors,arouse the attention of practitioners,educators and managers in the field of physical education.To understand the way of sports major students' cognition for sports laws and regulations.Preliminary discussion on training strategies to improve the sports major students' cognition for sports law and regulations.Strengthen the education of sports major students' knowledge for sports laws and regulations and the idea of solving sports disputes by legal means,cultivate sports talents under the rule of law,promote the construction of sports legal system and legal education.The main research methods used in this paper are: document data,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,etc.Through the review of document literature,we can find that it is almost invisible to study the cognitive status and influencing factors of sports major teachers and students for sports laws and regulations in colleges and universities.Therefore,it has great significance to study the cognitive status of sports major teachers and students for sports laws and regulations.Design a reasonable and effective questionnaire: "Cognitive status and way of sports major students for sports laws and regulations in Chengdu colleges and universities".Among many colleges and universities in Chengdu,10 physical education majors in colleges and universities with physical education department were selected for questionnaire distribution and 350 students majoring in physical education are selected as the survey subjects.Excel and spss19.0 software were used for data sorting and statistics,then statistical correlation analysis was conducted.As a whole,sports major students in colleges and universities have adequate understanding for the importance of sports related laws and high demand for sports related laws and regulations,but their interest in related knowledge is poor.The consciousness of sports legal rights protection is fair,but when dealing with the relationship between sports disputes,the utilization of relevant laws and regulations is low.Poor grasp for the basic knowledge of sports laws and regulations and poor cognition for sports related laws and regulations.Among them,the cognition of central document and local legislation is worst,“Sports Law”,sports administrative regulations and departmental rules are better than the former.The difference of major has an influence on the cognition of the legal norms of sports,in which the cognition of the students majoring in social sports is much betterthan that of other majors.The higher the degree of education,the higher the cognition degree of the relevant laws and regulations of sports,PhD students> Master students>undergraduates.The way that sports major students acquire knowledge of sports law and regulation: Poor access to the classroom,only the way of news media is available in non-classroom access,the rest is not ideal.The education for sports law courses accepted by sports major students are worse,the opening of sports law related courses in colleges and universities is not optimistic,sports law education courses have not been set up in many colleges and universities.
