To develop primary school education was stake policy after Nanjing National Government set up.Primary Education is root of national education system,which is bearing children enlightenment and spreading common sense.All of those are depend on primary school teachers.This article aims at discussing relative aspects of Wuhan complete primary school teachers in 1927-1939,in order to clarify the whole living conditions of the teachers and overview the development of primary education.In this article,through prevailing social,economic,education and other fields,in order to study life and work of Wuhan complete primary school teachers in 1927-1937.First of all,do an overview of the development of primary education of the whole country as well as Hubei province.In addition,when deals teachers constitute,it will involve origin,qualification,age structure,sex structure and so on.Moreover,this article will completely discuss the work and remuneration of the teachers,it will includes specific tasks,salary,welfare of the teachers,and affect factors.Lastly,this article will analyze alleged cases occurred among teachers,primary school principles and jiaoyt of Hubei province.Those accusations uncover the truth of why some teachers accused the principle and the reactions of principle and department of education,so it tell us some problems during the development of primary school.This article holds that Wuhan complete primary school plays important and priority role in Hubei primarye education system, Wuhan complete primary school teacher’s comprehensive quality,remuneration is much better than ordinary primary school teachers.But it also facing many troubles for the reason of education mechanism is not perfect,system implementation is not complete,education funds is, shortage and so on.Those problems directly resulting in schools and teachers intersts infringed-Therefore to enhance the professionalism of primary school teachers,not only need promote treatment,position,a set of complete andtehorougu execution system and mechanism as well.
