In recent years, Our University students’ physical quality has continued to decline, physical condition is worrying by University students, to improve the physique of University students have been crunch time. Although universities and the related departments of the government formulate the relevant measures to improve University students’ physique make the positive efforts of the decline in the trend, but the current university students’ physique has not been fundamentally changed. The main problem are : one is to ignore the students’ physical condition, merely one-sided based on students’ interest, hobby to courses and teaching, there is no distinction between them; On the other hand, Failure to form the sports teaching theory system with local and intergrated characteristics.Therefore, this research insists on "health first" guiding ideology, the constitution of TCM theory as a theory to guide the teaching of college sports curriculum reform in the universities, Qi asthenia of university students as the research object, mainly adopts experiment method, carries on the research statistics. The purpose is to explore the constitution of traditional Chinese medicine theory of college sports course teaching instruction value, for the development of the constitution of qi asthenia type of college students of physical education course, teaching content and teaching environment, so that the physical quality of students was improved due to Qi asthenia. At the same time, also can make the students to master the methods of identification for constitution, and means of physical exercise, training students lifelong sports consciousness, but also to further enrich the university sports course teaching theory, provided reference for the reform of physical education course teaching in the aspects of practice and other biased physique.Results: the BMI index did not change significantly, vital capacity is improved respectively on 400 ml and 390ml; 50 meters of male and female students have increased 0.1S; standing long jump boys increased 10 cm, girls did not change significantly; 1000/800 meters improve greatly, improve the 14 s on the boys, girls increase 20s; Drawing the Body up make a progress before the experiment, still in a failed state, from the original 2.88 to ascend to the 5.88; sit ups has obviously changes from the 35 to the 52; body ante flexion in sitting position has been improved, the results raised the 8cm, traditional Chinese medicine Qiasthenia score has a significant change, Qi asthenia score decreased significantly, decreased 13 points.In Conclusions: Qi-asthenia students through reforms and teaching of the PE course, there is not obviously change on the body shape, the most significant flexibility and waist core strength changes in physical function, physical quality; eight section brocade, games, the physical quality of teaching content, the Qi deficiency may play a role in improving the teaching. Warmth environment more suitable for Qiasthenia of student learning. At the same time, it shows that the constitution of TCM theory can be used to guide teaching reform of PE course in the universities, physical education course and teaching content settings suggest different biased physique, to enable students to know self-physique, improve self-constitution by teaching.
