With the development of the society, the concept of teacher training is constantly being reinforced, and the teacher training programs around are emerging endless. In this thesis, by theoretical research and empirical investigation and analysis through the existing primary and secondary teacher training programs in Zhejiang province, starting from the teacher training needs survey, supplemented by academic leaders training classes and teacher training principals satisfaction surveys as well as on the training grade teacher satisfaction survey interviews factor, I analyze training objectives, training contents, training resources, training forms, training methods, and training evaluation of the six dimensions, and summarize problems and solutions of current teacher training. In the end, combined with the human capital theory, teacher professional development theory, constructivist theory of teacher education and advanced teacher training experience, it puts forward the improvement strategies on the primary and middle school training model of Zhejiang province, and provides information and reference for the healthy development of teacher training in the future.The full thesis is divided into five parts. The first part describes the research background, meaning, purpose, the status quo, research ideas and research methods. The second part describes the three theoretical bases of the teacher training and related concepts, makes a certain commonality analysis on the existing teacher training programs. The third part is the empirical investigation of primary and middle school teacher training needs, mainly to get data information through surveys to explore the training objectives, training courses, training resources, training forms, training methods, and training evaluation, so as to get the key of improving the primary and secondary teacher training model inferred from the requirements. The fourth part is the empirical study of the satisfaction of primary and middle school teacher training and its factors, manly through training on the part of the training satisfaction survey to grasp the actual data of defects in teacher training in Zhejiang province. Furthermore, five grade teachers were interviewed with me on the effectiveness of training and improvement measures, including direct interviews, QQ interviews and mail interviews. The fifth part is the study of primary and secondary school teacher training model construction stating from the set of specific training objectives, the development of training contents, the selection of training resource, the choice of the form of training, the refining of training methods, and the completion of training evaluation, and it also puts forward the strategies on optimizing the primary and middle school teacher training mode of Zhejiang province.
