Research On University Culture And Cultivation Of Innovative Talents

With the challenges of times and the goal to build an innovative country, it is significant to cultivate innovative talents. It is an important responsibility of modern universities, and university culture has become one of the basic factors that affect students’innovative ability. The main problem of this thesis is to build university culture which is conductive to cultivate innovative persons, by analyzing the dialectical relationship between the two.This study is divided into four parts:The first part is an introduction, including the issues, significance, domestic and foreign literature review, research methods and possible innovation.The second part is about dialectical relationship between college culture and creative talents, including the standard of creative talents, relationship between culture and creative talents, and characteristics of university culture and its impact on the cultivation of talent. Firstly, my research ideas are "Innovation-Innovation talents creative talents’psychological characteristics and qualities structure-standard of innovative talents". Secondly, I analyze the dialectical relationship between culture and talents, and explain that how culture influences talents. Thirdly, I summarize college characteristics which can benefit innovative persons.The third part is to investigate the current situation of the cultural and creative talents cultivation and attribution analysis. With theoretical research, this study use questionnaire survey based on S university of W city in H province. The survey reveals that college material culture, institutional culture and spiritual culture are all lacking in some degree. We can explain the current shortage of innovative talents from the shackles of social cultural environment, lack of school culture and student culture.The fourth part is to discover the path of promoting cultural. Sound social security mechanism is the basis. Designing material culture, institutional culture and spiritual culture is the backbone. Fostering students’awareness of innovative is the starting point and the purpose to solve the problem of cultivating innovative talents.
