"Comprehensiveness and practice" appearing in "compulsory mathematics curriculum standards(2011 edition)" to get further attention, which reflects the requirements of mathematics curriculum and teaching reform, and provides students with a comprehensive, practical, and exploratory ways of learning. The teaching in area of "Comprehensiveness and practice" emphasizes the background of students’ real life, takes the problems as a carrier, based on students’ self-involvement. The teaching in area of "Comprehensiveness and practice" mainly focus on the connections between characteristics and internal links mathematics, the connections between mathematics and other subjects, the connections between mathematics and student life. Therefore, the "Comprehensive and practice" is a kind of learning activities, but also the content of mathematics courses. As the field appears relatively late and the knowledge and theoretical system is not yet mature, primary school mathematics teachers still face many puzzles and problems during the teaching. In view of this, the investigation and analyze of mathematics teacher teaching in this area in elementary school and the strategies of the problems and difficulties will be proposed accordingly.The survey found that: Primary Mathematics Teachers “Comprehensiveness and practice” if the content of a smattering choreography; development of teaching objectives are too general; the choice of teaching topics and teaching depend too much on reference books, the lack of awareness of creative programs; fewer opportunities for student choices, passive participation learning; no comprehensive evaluation of students and lack of integration with other disciplines of mathematics curriculum. According to the results of surveys and interviews, teaching problems of the current Primary Mathematics "Comprehensiveness and practice" can be summed up: Teaching content are too "new", and not included in the teaching quality tests;teaching goals just like furnishings, reanalysis inadequate; it is difficult to teachers to adapt "comprehensive" teaching; control over teachers, students lack knowledge base;teaching evaluation ignores the teachers and students written report.Then,the surveyof "comprehensive and practice" teaching strategy research, targeted strategies for problem during investigation are mainly proposed: the emphasis on teaching objectives reanalysis; strengthening the overall grasp of the textbook "Comprehensiveness and practice" content arrangement; improving mathematics itself and its links with other disciplines; enhancing students ’organizer’ status;focusing on the written evaluation of teachers and students. For the teaching case studies of "a comprehensiveness and practice" use two different types of teaching cases I witnessed: the book Determine the Starting Line in Grade six use instructinal design and reflection; Home Alone in Grade one flea market RMB program of activities.
