As the initial stage in which students can receive the formal education, Primary school lays a foundation for lifelong development. As a main course of Primary students learning, Chinese is the foundation of basic education. Accumulation plays an important role in Chinese learning. Students’ emotion-cognition skills accumulate and improve continuously, by means of literacy and writing, reading, words written assignments, oral communication and comprehensive learning. In addition, the elementary student’s cognitive development is suitable for accumulation learning. But, systematic research on what to teach and how to learn of accumulation studying is remain obscure. Especially, with the new curriculum reform gradually deepening, the classroom teaching tends to carry out the vigorous and various activities, to pay more attention to reading, writing and practicing after class. But it lacks of methodological guidance, effective monitoring and evaluation strategies. People worried about the current situation of which stays in the mechanical level of recitation transcription and dictation.The thesis is composed of five parts:In the introduction part, the thesis identifies the reasons of topic selection; explains the purpose and significance; summarizes the current research status; clarifies the research ideals and method.The first part, teaching has definite nature, learning has its Theoretical basis. this part clears the problem of what is the Chinese accumulation learning、how to interpret it and why it is necessary. combining with the purpose of this thesis, the author defines the concept of Chinese accumulation learning from three aspects:connotation、characteristics and categories. So as to elaborate the connotation and denotation of Chinese accumulation learning. Then the author illustrates the theoretical basis and significance of Chinese accumulation learning in details.The second part, there are traces in teaching and trails in learning. This part explores the content of Chinese accumulation learning in the Primary school, answers the question of what to learn and not learn. It determines the content mainly through analyzing the accumulation content of The Chinese Course Criterion of Compulsorily Education and the Chinese graduation examinations of Primary school.The third part, there are difficulties to teach and doubt in learning. This part investigates and analyzes the present situation of Chinese accumulation learning of Primary students. It discusses the cognition, attitude, methods and application of students’ Chinese accumulation learning through questionnaires; knows about the teachers’ guidance status on students’ learning from the consciousness and practical aspects by conducting the teachers’ interview survey.The fourth part, teaching has proper methods and learning has strokes. This part studies the methods of improving students’Chinese accumulation learning in primary school and answers the issue of how to teach and learn. On the basis of the problems found in the survey, the thesis respectively puts forward the idealist and practical advises: sets up the correct idea of Chinese accumulation learning and constructs a reasonable teaching process.All in all, the research mentioned in this essay aims to define the contents of of Primary students and to know the current situation of students’Chinese accumulation learning and teachers’instructions on students’Chinese accumulation learning, in order to lead a way for students’accumulation learning, as well as to make teachers’ teaching more targeted.
