This year in the world of frequent natural disasters, the worst natural disasters in our country is one of the countries.May12,2008Wenchuan8.0earthquake occurred, took place this year Lushan7.0earthquake, earthquake-prone, to bring great earthquake disaster, especially to students’ psychological disaster caused difficult healing wounds. After the earthquake, most of the experts on the earthquake disaster psychology psychology students conducted a survey and found that after a lapse of many years, students’ psychological recovery is still slow, some experts believe that children’s psychological recovery takes about10years or so. Therefore, for the devastated psychological vulnerability of the hardest hit students, psychological treatment and reconstruction becomes extremely important.In the disaster area, a huge demand for psychological intervention, but due to the extreme lack of mental workers, students and did not hit a good psychological intervention. This paper surveys on Han Wang Xuan mouth secondary schools and students’ psychological investigation found that students also widespread psychological problems, understand the disaster now students demonstrated against disaster brought about by pessimism, fear, depression and the future life and learning confused.Thus, prompting the authors proposed exercise intervention can help students psychological disaster recovery, through middle school students in Hanwang sport psychology experiments to prove the effects of mental exercise intervention. Exercise on the use of the method of psychological intervention stricken students psychological recovery, relieve students from the disaster brought about by pessimism, fear and depression and other psychological problems, psychological problems of the students to find out the solution, the best exercises for trauma healing methods. Text through introduction, body and conclusion of the research conducted. The purpose and meaning is: the status of research students through the disaster area, the students learned about the current physical and mental condition disaster for the students’ psychological disaster reconstruction (restoration) provides specific practical guidance.Text on the subject through three chapters analyze, from shallow to deep right exercise intervention psychotherapy experiments, the following methods to elaborate on the text:1. Analysis of movement and the relationship between psychology, indicating that students exercise on disaster significant effect of psychotherapy theoretical basis.2. By SCL-90scale and CPSS Self-Efficacy Scale to investigate students’ psychological problems disaster situation, as exercise intervention psychological experiments carried out to provide an effective basis.3. Through exercise intervention experiment will test the students were divided into experimental and control groups, the experimental group was divided into distance running team, basketball team, tai chi and aerobics group exercise intervention group to the control group, not to interfere with natural recovery. Through the intervention of three cycles, each student for motion data derived intervention and control group students SCL-90survey data for comparison, to derive different sport psychological intervention the effects of treatment, and finally in the use of CPSS self-Efficacy Scale to reflect students’mental exercise intervention on disaster mitigation and treatment.4in the sport psychological intervention experiments, we found that the experimental group basketball program for the students the most obvious effect of psychological intervention, aerobics and Tai Chi program for students in psychological intervention effect is more obvious, distance running projects relative effect of psychological intervention for students not obviously, the control group the worst.
