The psychological capital,which means good mental state exhibited in the process of individual's growth,mainly present as self-efficacy,hope,resilience and optimism,etc.Many researchers have explored and confirmed that the psychological capital can play a positive role to give a person the happiness,mental health and job performance.But researches about the relationship between college students' psychological capital and their exercise effect are still little,especially for those to improve college students' psychological capital reserves which can positively impact on the exercise effect are insufficient.Through the empirical analysis in this article,we can research the relationship between the psychological capital and their exercise effect,and then put forward corresponding strategy to promote the exercise effect on the basis of psychological capital.The results of research has positive influence to develop college students' psychological capital,it also has practical significance and reference value for developing college students' exercise awareness and health of physical and mental.This paper choose the relationship between university students' psychological capital and the exercise effect to study,mainly adopt the method of documentation,questionnaire investigation,mathematical statistics and some other research methods.There are five parts in the paper: The first part is the introduction,introducing the research purpose and its meaning,and some research status about the exercise effect and psychological capital at home and abroad.The second part is about the research object,research methods,research content and the technology road map,besides,with the questionnaire design and its validity analysis.The third part is the empirical analysis of the relationship between college students' psychological capital and their exercise effect,which is the important section of this article.Introducing the psychological capital and exercise effect of demographic analysis,using correlation and regression analysis in SPSS to research the college students' psychological capital and exercise effect,and analyzing the internal connection between sample data,in order to determine how the influence happened between the variables.The fourth part is the characteristics of college students' psychological capital and the exercise effect and some corresponding promotion strategies,which based on the analysis results of the third chapter and then have been put forward.The fifth part is the end part of this article,mainly about the conclusion and the prospect for this study,in addition to summarize the previous content,put forward the innovation points and deficiencies in this paper,it also put forward the outlook about the further research.In this paper,the main conclusions and innovation points are: Firstly,according to the current college students' psychological capital and exercise effect to design the corresponding questionnaires;Secondly,proving the correlation between college students' psychological capital and the exercise effect;Thirdly,empirical analysis of the relationship between college students' psychological capital and their exercise effect,and some corresponding promotion strategies,which based on the analysis results of the third chapter and then have been put forward.
