Divorce has become a common phenomenon in modern society. As a result, there are alarge number of children from divorced families. The problem behaviors of students fromdivorced families have brought new tasks to the educational management of schools. Thisarticle is intended to discuss about the behavioral norms for vocational students in divorcedfamilies, analyze the causes, summarize the influential factors, and explore an integratededucational pattern with the cooperation of “family, school, and society”. Hopefully, it willhelp to improve the level of metal health of vocational students in divorced families, provideguidance to them, and establish a management pattern oriented by head teacher.The methods of questionnaire, interview, and statistics are adopted in this research. Fourvocational schools in this city are chosen as research objects. With first-hand data, theproblem behaviors of students relevant to the learning status, emotional characteristics, socialadaptability, and behavioral norms are found out. With concrete analysis, three negativefactors are summarized that affects the development of students from divorced families:Firstly, it’s the parenting styles of divorced families. It’s mainly reflected from the lackof responsibilities, the over-strict parenting method, the lonely environment, and theindulgence.Secondly, it’s affected by the psychological changes of children in divorced families.Children from divorced families tend to have inferiority complex, willful behaviors, andhatred towards society.Thirdly, it’s affected by the educational management of schools, which is mainlymanifested from the lack of professional training programs for students from divorcedfamilies. With new issues in a new era, the rigid management experiences won’t make anydifference. As a result, problem behaviors of students from divorced families become evenmore prominent.Based on the concrete analysis on negative factors and combine with the author’s ownpractices in education, effective education countermeasures have been discovered andfeasible solutions and suggestions are provided for education management. The authorbelieves for the education management of students from divorced families, home educationshould be given special priority. Parents should pay more attention to the parent-child relationship. Normal domestic atmosphere should be created for children to feel the love fromparent. Secondly, the education management should be enhanced. Head teachers should beequipped with specialized knowledge. Efforts should be made to renovate their managementmethod. With common efforts, it will help the students to walk away from the shadow.In the end, the whole society should pay more attention to the growth of children indivorced families. It’s suggested that normal families should also learn to get along withdivorced families. In this way children from divorced families can be taken good care of.Meanwhile, the author suggests that the laws and regulations should be strengthened in orderto protect the interests of children from divorced families. Legal protection should beprovided to the education for children from divorced families.
