In the big background of accelerating the development of rural urbanization, the countryvigorously support the occupation education in the policy, rural occupation education canmeet the demand of social employment, whether educational situation of the secondaryvocational students and help them to succeed in their transition to city residents, the upwardflow of the space has how old? All this not only with their interests, but also with the state ofcurrent economic development, occupation education development, many aspects of thesocial stability etc..This paper from the status quo of education reflect the rural occupation school starting,the deep social reason reveals the difficulties faced by the rural secondary vocationaleducation. The current enrollment rural occupation school difficult, into a crisis of enrollment;parents of the occupation school students own resentment and self abandonment; ruralvocational education student management many problems, backward teaching facilities, cannot meet the basic requirements of skills training,"banbantong" can not reach the designatedposition, training base and equipment can not be universal, overall quality the teacher is nothigh, the lack of practical skills. Secondary vocational school graduates in rural areas in orderto horizontal flow based, vertical flow weakening, mainly the primary labor marketemployment, and then explore the plight of rural vocational education.For rural children thatcan’t go to high school, it’s the best choice of rural vocational education that can realize thebest flow of their social class. But our existing rural vocational education, whether it can meeta large number of rural students of upward mobility?Under the time background that weshould accelerate the development of vocational education for rural areas,proposed in thenational medium and long-term educational reform and development plan,their study is verynecessary to appear. This article reflected the status quo education of the ruralvocational school, through describing the rural vocational school’s difficulty, the abandonsfrom parents and students themselves, the running dilemma of rural vocational education, thesocial mobility dilemma situation of rural secondary vocational school graduates, to reveal the deep social reasons that rural secondary vocational school faces.The author hopes thatthrough investigation on employment the current situation of secondary vocational schoolgraduates in rural areas, we can explore the better ways to promote the social mobility of thegraduates who come from rural secondary vocational school.According to secondary vocational graduates social mobility of restricting factors, putforward the corresponding measures, and put forward countermeasures from three aspects,namely the schools, the improvement of the government, the enterprises should make theirrespective, all aspects respectively to solve the problem. To explore the diversity pattern ofrunning school, double the construction of teachers team, a variety of training methods, etc.;From the national policy and legislative guarantee and responsibility consciousness of smalland medium-sized enterprises participate in vocational education. These measures will be onpromoting the social mobility of the rural secondary vocational graduates bring effectiveresults.
