Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Vocational Education Development Under The Strategy Of Rural Rejuvenation

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward a major decision to implement the strategy of rural revitalization,marking that China has entered the stage of comprehensive construction of the modernization system.The key to implementing the strategy of rural revitalization lies in the cultivation of talents for rural revitalization and the promotion of rural social and economic development.Rural vocational education promotes the integration of agriculture,science and education by improving the quality of talent cultivation,optimizing the allocation of teacher resources,rationalizing professional settings,and scientifically adjusting the talent training model.It depends the reform of rural vocational education and provides high-quality talent protection for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.However,there has been a long-term incorrect understanding of the status that rural vocational education should have,and the development of rural vocational education has been constrained by political,economic,and cultural factors.At present,there is still a big gap in rural vocational education in meeting the demand for talents in the rural revitalization strategy.Therefore,it is an important research topic of rural vocational education under the current rural revitalization strategy to understand the problems existing in the rural vocational education development and the rural revitalization strategy,analyze the reasons and propose solutions to the problems.The thesis combs the relevant theories of rural vocational education,investigates the 20 rural vocational education pilot schools in Hebei Province,analyzes the traditional functions of rural vocational education,and elaborates the role of rural vocational education under the background of rural revitalization strategy.The rural vocational education is connected to the problems of the rural revitalization strategy and proposes countermeasures.The research methods of the thesis mainly include questionnaire survey method,literature analysis method and interview method.Through the use of these methods,it has been found that the 20 rural vocational education pilot schools in Hebei Province has some shortcomings while delivering talents for rural revitalization.It is concentrated in the shortage of students in practical disciplines,limited teachers,unscientific professional settings,andlimited levels of innovation management.In the context of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,rural vocational education,facing new opportunities and new requirements,should keep in mind its responsibilities and mission,seize the opportunity to upgrade and improve itself,and provide high-quality and high-level talents for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Rural vocational education schools should actively improve their own capacity-building levels and optimize talent training methods,and make due contributions to rural revitalization.The first is to improve farmers' awareness of rural vocational education,establish a correct educational concept,recruit high-quality students,and cultivate talents for rural revitalization;the second is to strengthen the construction of high-quality rural teachers and establish and improve the school's expert teacher system;the third is to scientifically formulate the teaching content of rural vocational education in line with the local industrial economic situation;the fourth is to optimize the management model of rural vocational education and promote the strategy of docking rural vocational education to serve rural revitalization.
