With the development of socity people also constantly explore and research the mode ofteching methods. As a new teaching mothods, cooperative learning has gradually beenapplied to teaching practice.As an effective teaching method, it has been introduced into the China since the lastcentury90’s and masny teachers regard it as the best way in improving the students’ interestand teaching efficiency,especially for frequent use in open class. Although it has been widelyapplied to China,math,English and other basic subject and played a relatively positive role,some teachers don’t like cooperative learning in the ideological and political classroombecause of strong theory of this subject. At the same time,considering the characteristics ofmedium occupation schools and their students,the cooperative learning can’t be widely usedin the ideological and political class. Through investigation,interview and classroomlectures,the author found that thee are still many aspects of problems during the procedure ofusing it in the ideological and political classroom in Secondary Vocational Schools.Theseproblems are mainly cooperative learning is often a mere formality,classroom proceduresconfusion,group set up unreasonable,classroom design is not reasonable and evaluationmechanism is not perfect etc. This paper analyzes the reasons.In terms of the school,it ismainly influenced by the traditional concept of ideological political courses in secondaryvocational schools,the school has received less attention. In terms of the teachers, it mainlylies in the teachers’ not further study of cooperative learning,improper contents ofcooperation,the use of role orientation process and lack of regulation of class skills. In termsof the students,the students’ awareness of cooperation is to be strengthened, self-control ispoor and so on.Aiming at the problem of cooperative learning of Ideological and political class in thesecondary vocational school, this paper put forward the solution strategy. The school shouldchange the traditional cognition and create better conditions for the cooperative learning;teachers should deepen the understanding of the cooperative learning, make good preparationbefore class, consciously guide the students to cultivate awareness of cooperation, andcontrol the classroom skill; students should preview before class, actively participate in groupdiscussions and improve self-control ability etc..The innovation point of this article is based on the analysis of Weifang science and technology occupation technical secondary school ideological and political teachers’interview and survey data on students,obtain first-hand material. It is concluded that ther iscooperative learning ideological and political course in secondary vocational schools theproblems and to analyze the reasons,put forward the corresponding solving strategies. It willprovide some reference in the use of secondary vocational school edeological and politicalclass for cooperative learning.
