With the development of the new curriculum reform in the country, more and morepeople realize that the method of education evaluation has to be reformed according to it, andthe reform of the educational systems must be able to promote the full and healthydevelopment of students in order to ensure the smooth development of the new curriculumreform.In the education evaluation, the evaluation of students is the most important part, whichplays an important role in promoting education reform and promote the all-rounddevelopment of students., reasonable and effective students evaluation not only can promotethe healthy growth of the students but also can form a harmonious learning atmosphere andgood relationship between teachers and students. Compared with the past evaluation systemthat we evaluate students by their grades, the current evaluation system is more"people-oriented", but there exist many urgent problems to be solved in the teaching practiceabout the evaluation target,the evaluation function, the evaluation content, the evaluationsubject and the evaluation method of the evaluation system.Therefore it is very necessary toestablish the operational evaluation mechanism that can inspire students better.I have been working in the first line of teaching, and combined with my daily teachingwork,I have made some achievements by using a "diversified development of upgradesystem evaluation" mechanism. Diversification is that the evaluation subject, the evaluationcontent and evaluation form are diverse. Development means focusing on the whole growthprocess of students and every bit of progress made by students. It is not only pays attention tothe accumulation of students but also to the quality evaluation of students. The upgradesystem is regarded as the carrier the diversified developing evaluation system, which meansthe students start at the same starting line and receive the diversified evaluation about everyclass of each day.When the knowledge is accumulated to a certain level,students can rise tohigher level (level is divided into ten stages, completing the ten stages means upgrade onelevel),the students who want to rise to higher level need to evaluate their performance andmake self-summary from all aspects and at the same time the students of the same group ofstudents, teachers and parents should congratulate them on their progress and write a fullevaluation of the students and collect all kinds of data during the period and put them into files,then the students can rise to higher levels and then upgrade step by step throughout thethree years of high school until high school graduation.In order to promote the promote the development of curriculum reform and letdiversified development of upgrade system evaluation" mechanism more practical and moreoperational, under the guidance of my tutor, I read a lot about student evaluation andaccumulate of a lot of theoretical basis for the better development of multi element evaluationdevelopment, such as system theory and measurement evaluation of Marx’s theory about theall-round development theory, Gardiner’s multiple intelligence theory, physics teaching theoryof Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, constructivist learning theory, metacognitive theory.Under the guidance of these theories, I further defined the construction and basic proceduresof diversified development of student evaluation principles, refined the various evaluationrules and explore in practice. At present, I have carried this set of evaluation system out in our2012class of our school for more than two years.I have achieved a lot and it also has a greatimpact on the students.Through the evaluation of diversified development process, studentshave an objective and clear understanding of their own,such as what your flash point. Andthey also know the problems existing in their studies and have a very clear direction on howto reform and can realize their targets. At the same time, through the comparison aboutprogress of the students before and after the evaluation, they can clearly see their progress, sothey are confident about themselves. The diversified development of student assessmentmakes the students love physics.
