The Research On The Construction Of Culture Education System In Anhui Provincial Higher Vocational Colleges

At present, the culture has exerted an increasing impact on group ethical value and behaviors’manners of students. Cultural education concept has enjoyed popular support. Served as a strategic guiding ideology, it has been playing an important role in educational practices in institution of higher education. During the rapid change of Higher Education from the elitism to the popularization, higher vocational education has got great-leap-forward development in achieving the goals of cultivating talents with high quality, which has become an integral part of Higher Education.However, higher vocational education emphasizes the technical application ability, in this condition, students is inevitably insufficient slightly in the aspect of accumulation of culture and sustainable development. Therefore, in the course of the cultural and educational work of higher vocational colleges, it has become practical problem commonly concerned by people that how can we reflect the professional characteristics and contain the spirit essence of university, which can help us create a new culture educational system.The article puts culture-oriented education on the background of culture vigorous development, combining the diagnoses about the reality of educational development in Higher Vocational College.
