At present,China clearly regards the creation of an innovative country as its long-term goal of economic development.For this reason,our country is committed to taking strategic emerging industries as the key economic growth point in the economic transformation,and striving to achieve the transformation of the mode of economic development.Liaoning Province,as an old industrial base of our country,has made a great contribution to the early stage of economic development in our country.However,with the transformation of the mode of economic development in our country,relying on the development of heavy industry has obviously been unable to meet the needs of economic development in Liaoning Province.Therefore,Liaoning Province should seize this opportunity to vigorously develop strategic emerging industries and strive to achieve industrial upgrading and transformation.Strategic emerging industries are high-tech knowledge-intensive industries,and talent is the basis of their industrial development and the core force of competition.This paper analyses the present situation of talent supply in strategic emerging industries in Liaoning Province from the perspectives of talent supply scale and structure,and forecasts the talent demand scale in strategic emerging industries of Liaoning Province from 2017 to 2024 by combining grey GM(1,1)model with questionnaire.The results show that the talent demand in strategic emerging industries will rapidly increase at 40.3% from 2017 to 2024.Then on this basis,through questionnaires to further analyze the talent structure of key enterprises relying on strategic emerging industries in Liaoning Province.By comparing the present situation of talent supply with the demand of industrial talents,it is found that there are many problems in talent demand of strategic emerging industries in Liaoning Province in terms of talent scale and talent structure.Therefore,under the background of focusing on the development of strategic emerging industries in Liaoning,this paper makes an in-depth study of the key influencing factors-talent,and puts forward the overall idea of talent supply-side reform in strategic emerging industries in Liaoning Province.Under the premise of fully considering cost constraints,based on the forecast results of talent demand,the countermeasures and suggestions for talent demand problems are supported,proposing a solution to the problem of talent demand for strategic emerging industries in Liaoning Province.Thereby ensuring the balance of supply and demand of talents in the strategic emerging industries of Liaoning Province,so that to realize the transformation of industrial structure and the economic revitalization.
