This study used the method of literature, questionnaire survey method,observation method, interview method, from the view of the training theory, the longdistance running project of Weifang sports school training in the arrangement of thetraining arrangement, extract the features, including the characteristics of severaltraining guidelines, training time arrangement, training methods and the amount oftraining and so on, in order to provide a useful reference data for the long-distancetraining adolescents in coaches and related workers. Research shows that:1、Weifang sports school athletes in age structure reasonable, form a reasonableechelon construction; athletes mainly comes from the remote rural areas, with theright motivation of training, conducive to the development of the middle and longdistance training; process of coaches in the athletes to form correct trainingmotivation played an important role in the.2、The Weifang school middle distance coaches, all appropriate proportion,average educational level is higher than the national average level; senior titles inmore than90%; more than10years of coaching the number accounted for82%; thecoaches pay much attention to the theory study, the scientific research level is higherthan other provinces and cities of coaches; the school to give strong support in thescientific research, the number of coaches out of training is more.3、 Weifang sports school junior middle distance project in recent five years ineach session of the Shandong track and field championship and the2010Games, isalways the medal rich, each project is more balanced, basic each session of eachproject has at least one of the top three; from the comparison of male, female, maleathlete to get the number of the top three and top eight are slightly more than women;the overall activity level distance project in the Weifang sports school and the highestperformance approach; nearly five years to the upper level of delivery of the38eliteathletes, most of which are delivered to the province sports school.4、Weifang sports school coaches attaches great importance to develop theguiding ideology of physical training, special for young people have a correctunderstanding, can make the development of the sport training with youth trainingguidelines and training task: in14-16years to17-19years in transition training, training and guiding ideology by the full-scale development of physical qualitygradually transition to the specific training;14-16years old athletes in the basictraining phase, the main task is to develop a comprehensive training of physicalquality, development, development speed endurance quality and general strength; andfor17-19years old athletes training has gradually transition to the stage of training toimprove, the main task is to develop the special athletes endurance and speed, andincrease the player’s game experience, increase the level of skill and tactics.
