Sports is a kind of blend in nature, return to life the activity of the concept, people paymore attention to the pursuit of people, people and sport, the coordinated developmentof man and nature. Physical activity is in order to achieve the goal of physical fitness,relax the mind, to use in spare time to participate in the activities of different forms ofexercise. Which has irreplaceable position and role of school physical education,together with the daily sports activities complement each other, coordinate.Harsh climate and the economic situation is a reminder that for a long time, we can onlyadapt to the environment, adjust, and inability to change it, this is also anotherinterpretation of elementary school physical education present situation.With the development of the curriculum reform and the establishment of the newcurriculum standard, the requirement of elementary school physical educationcurriculum and the increasingly strict specification, based on the elementary student’ssports achievement and mental health as the basis, the elementary school sports teachinginvestigation, in order to improve the quality of the elementary school sports teaching,improve the primary school students psychological health, improve the effect ofphysical education teaching theory basis.On the data in the process of literature review to consult about the elementary schoolsports teaching and indoor sports teaching, and combine the jing shi road of jinan cityelementary school special geographical environment, all the way to the school sportsteaching related to explore.This research mainly using the literature material method, expert interview method,comparative analysis and other research methods, the jing shi road of jinan cityelementary school students all the way, for example, through the experiment on gradethree and grade four of before and after the transition of the students in physicaleducation, sports scores and comparing the change of each factor of mental health, thefollowing research conclusions:1. To coordinate the relationship between the indoor sports and outdoor sports teaching to the student sports scores.2. Take part in sports activities to improve the students’ mental health.3. Through physical education inspired the students’ interest, enhance the physicalquality, deepened the students of physical education, new understanding, is helpful tocultivate lifelong sports consciousness.4. Through indoor sports teaching content design, basically solved the schoolteachers bad weather indoor gym class difficult problem, also make the students masterthe regulation of indoor and outdoor class skills, promote the healthy development ofstudents body and mind and constantly improve the student’s ability of social adaptation.Suggestion: to improve the students’ safety consciousness, to nip in the bud; Set up anindoor gym routine; Innovation of sports class, improving teaching methods andimprove the students’ interest in physical education learning; Teacher knowledgesystematization, scientific physical education curriculum setup.
