From Control To Influence: Study On The Culture Of Students’ Administration In Universities

The culture of students’ administration as an important part ofmanagerial routines in higher education plays an implacable role in alluniversities.This paper analyzes the culture of students’ administration inuniversities, talking the Anhui Normal University as an example. Accordingto the paper investigation, the writer indicates the problems of the culture ofstudents’ administration in universities and proposes remedial measures forthem.This paper indicates the problems of the culture of students’administration in universities and recaps them as followings: the lack ofpaying close attention to teachers and students, the defective administrationsystem, the culture coalition of school districts, and the problematicadministrative measures.
