The Research Of Constructing Project Quality Management In Secondary Vocational School

AS a discipline, Project Management, with a mature theoretical basis and methodology, hasplayed an important role in the process of many practical project management.Project Quality Management which comes from in the latter half of20th Century, is an interdiscipline of project management and quality management, and is also the key point of project management.Demonstration school construction is a systematic project. Therefore, establishingcomplete quality guarantee system is an important ensurance to make project to be carried outsmoothly. In this paper, the theory system and methods of Project Management are introduced inthe implementation of secondary vocational Demonstration School Construction at state level,from which make the management more scientific, standardized and informationalized.The paper analyzes the status and existing problems of quality management in constructingdemonstration school in secondary vocational schools by using literature researching method,investigative analysis method and so on. At the same time, the characteristics of demonstrationschool construction are got, as well as necessity of using project management methodologies.Through the case study method, Shenyang Modern Manufacturing Service School is taken as anexample. Led by the guidance of project quality, confirm the quality standard, revolve aroundcenter on construction plan and specification, the various resources are integrated by projectquality planing, project quality controlling, project quality guarantee and project qualityimprovement, in order to maximize the improvement of the project quality in demonstrationschools, and construct quality assurance system.Project management is increasingly valued, and has a huge potential for development. If thetheories of Project Management are used in constructing secondary vocational demonstrationschools, the project management level will be improved, and the project risk and cost will bereduced. From a cybernetic perspective, which emphasizes the PDCA cycle maks a closed loop,quality control and project management process quality control will go throughout the wholeprocess of project management in example schools. SWOT analysis method is adopted toanalyze the problems in the process of implementing, to correct them in time, and to put forwardspecific measures, in order to help the example schools can be detected smoothly without a hitch.Secondary Vocational demonstration schools represent the level of vocational education at thenational level. The successful implementation of project management theory will become a newmodel of education reform and innovation, and will play a role of leading, backbone and thepositive effects of radiation.
