There is no doubt that the cultivation of speciality skills quality of the students inthe secondary voactional schools has gain more attention in order to meet the socialneeds. However, the students’ lifelong development and quality of sustainabledevelopment are ignored, vocational schools try to cultivate high-quality new type oflabors, especially strengthen the employment-oriented and capacity-based qualityeducation to meet the needs of the era and strengthen the ideas of the qualityeducation.But the problems exist in the quality education of the vocational schools havebecome increasingly prominent, such as the inexplicit target,the duplication ofactivities, the low enthusiasm, the loose activities and the low efficiency.Therefore,this article is about the project management of the quality education. With theprojectmangement, to optimize the allocation of quality education resources to develop andimprove the students’ quality and form a quality education system,the secondaryvocational schools can construct a significant supervisor mode for the development ofthe quality education.The paper is divided into five parts.The first part is about the study background andmeaning, and the concept of the project management of the quality education in thevocational schools. The second part analyzes the connotation characteristics and themeaning of the quailty education, as well as the its theoretical basis according toPedagogy, Management science and Systematology. The third part discusses thebuilding elements of the project managements.The fourth part is about how toguarantee the implementation of quality education project management under thedepending on our society, families, and the rules of the establishment.The fifth partanalyzes the concrete implementation and effect of the project managements.This article mainly involves document analysis, comparing test and case analysis tostudy the development of the quality of the secondary vocational schools through theproject management.
