Research On Risk Management Of National Demonstration Project Of Qujing Finance And Economics School

"The national vocational education demonstration project”involves large amounts of investment,short construction period,a wide range of responsibilities,many participants and various restrictive factors.From the project initiation to acceptance,the construction risk has run through the whole process.In accordance with the requirements to complete a series of specific targets within the prescribed time and budget,it is highly necessary to conduct risk management comprehensively and scientifically.Therefore,combined with the practical work,taking Qujing Finance and Economics School as an example,the paper studies the risk management of the national vocational education demonstration project.Firstly,the related theories and methods of the project risk management are summarized;secondly,the paper elaborates the favorable conditions,main contents and expenditure budget of the demonstration project as the basic data for subsequent risk analysis.Thirdly,it identifies the six categories of 25 risk factors by brainstorming and evaluates them from multiple perspectives combined with AHP and weight grade method.Finally,it proposes the solutions to controlling the risks in national vocational education demonstration project and safeguard measures for the implementation of the project.The paper provides the theoretical basis and guidance for the risk control of the demonstration project of Qujing finance and economics school,and also offers some reference value for other schools to carry out similar projects.
