Globalized information society calls for the emergence of new social, these new society that requires an independent and innovative spirit needs to be educated, the traditional education challenges. In the process of the realization of the new education, Chinese education reform is also in full swing. But the fact is not the case, Baton to the entrance of Chinese language education in making the evaluation process more and more attention in the development of screening and selection while ignoring its function to promote the development, the main reason for the theory and practice of touch on the last evaluation in education. This paper is concerned about the reality of Chinese education problems in the evaluation, analysis of its causes and produce for these problems, try to propose solutions in language education research and practice evaluation methods. Because many aspects of language education, language education together under a unified examination impact assessment is even more complicated, this paper present theoretical trends, combined with China’s actual conditions, for several specific issues have been raised to do their own elaborate and recommendations that how to create a wide range of evaluation tools based on the actual situation of our country on the proposal and how the specific purposes of formative assessment in the classroom teaching. Hoping to make useful to think of the process of education reform language education.
