The junior high school mathematics classroom management is an important factor that affect mathematics classroom activities, effectiveclassroom management for enhancing the junior middle school mathematics teaching, and improving comprehensive development of students’ physical and mental health has a direct role.Mathematics teachers are mainly responsible for classroom management,and they play a leading role.Ⅰ learned from the junior high school mathematics teachers’ classroom management practices, start using literature analysis, questionnaire, interview teachers, classroom observation and other methods, the junior high school mathematics classroom management was conducted in-depth research and found that some math teachers in the classroom exist to varying degrees classroom management misconduct.Studies have shown that affect the mathematics classroom management behavior of factors, including the two major aspects of internal and external factors.Internal factors includes educational philosophy and concept of teachers, teaching methods, teacher management experience, teachers’ level of knowledge and professionalism of teachers and other personality characteristics and so on, external factors have a family and social aspects.The author thus from different ways on building effective junior high school mathematics importance and necessity._Junior high school mathematics curriculum’s core philosophy is "for every student’s development", under the new curriculum mathematics classroom management must implement the new curriculum for students to actively create conditions for sustainable development, to establish in order to promote the health of students, comprehensive development vision in order to create equal and harmonious classroom atmosphere as the basic goal, to achieve the quality of mathematics teaching core objective optimization of modern mathematics classroom management ideas, build a student-centered classroom management mode of modern mathematics.To achieve these goals, the author proposes the construction of a number of strategies, and combined with my teaching experience, proposed to improve the junior high school mathematics classroom management efficiency and effectiveness of some of the guidance and advice.
