Research On The Implementation Of Effective Management Strategies In Junior High Schools In Rural Areas

It's nine years since the effective management of teaching as an educational concept has been proposed. In the meantime, a variety of theoretical research on effective management continue to emerge, which is no lack of new ideas for depth.Effective management of this idea is the same strain as China's new curriculum reform of basic education. To some extent, the success or failure of curriculum reform with the ability to implement effective management of this concept is closely linked.There are both opportunities and challenges for the rural poor in junior high school in this educational reform.whether it can be out of its predicament lies in the fact if the effective management of this concept can be put into practice, and actively explore the facts of the education and teaching in line with the school management system.On the basis of the previous studies, this paper combined with effective teaching theory, the weak secondary education teaching management in rural areas that exist in many non-standard phenomena of reflection, which is weak in rural junior high school to explore ways to implement effective management, and put forward its own Some humble opinion.Paper is divided into four parts:the first part states the main reason for talking about issues, research the meaning of the theoretical basis, research methods, the effective management of the scientific content,etc. The second part expounds the main impact analysis is weak in rural areas to effectively manage the factors that junior high school-social factors, internal school factors.
