The effective teaching is a kind of new learning style relatively admitted and widely executed at present all over the world. It accords with the requirement for quality-oriented education. The combination of the effective teaching with teaching of high school mathematics is that it can be guided by the basic concept of new high school mathematics curriculum, and it aims at the object of high school mathematics curriculum by the adoption of effective teaching tactics to promote the students'development and life-long learning in mathematics, and it is a kind of student-teacher activities which comprehensively reflected in the obtaining of positive effectiveness of teaching and good mathematics teaching effectiveness, and the higher efficiency of teaching.This thesis discusses how to implement effective teaching in the mathematics teaching of high school in the background of new curriculum. It includes preamble and six chapters. The preamble introduces the background of this study, the major theoretical and the practical significance. The first chapter gives the literature review, which mainly sorts and analyses the major types of domestic and foreign effective teaching to seek the point of penetration. The second chapter is the theoretical basis of this paper, which tries to define the core concept"effect teaching"and "effective teaching of high school mathematics" by analyzing the being concepts firstly and by self reason thinking. According to the definition of the concept, it establishes the theory basis which is supported by the new curriculum standards of high school mathematics, humanism, constructivism, recently development area, etc. The third chapter mainly explores"effective teaching"theory deeply, centering on the essence of "Mathematics Teaching"—"mathematical activities" .It discusses the characteristics of effective teaching of high school mathematics from four perspectives—effective dynamic, effective teaching objectives, activities effective and effective teaching results. The fourth chapter of the thesis is investigation and study, through more than 400 questionnaires from students. This part investigates in terms of the learning efficiency and teaching effect in the background of new curriculum. The survey of students learning efficiency showed that: (1) the current conditions of learning efficiency are not optimistic, the learning burden is heavier and efficiency is lower. (2) The main factors which affect the learning efficiency are the students'intra-individual factors, such as study habits and learning methods, etc. The impact of the teachers'teaching level is relatively not important. The survey of the teaching effect showed that: the students'evaluation is relatively lower, which is about the current link of high school math and other subjects, the function of mathematics to lifelong development, the condition of using modern information technology in teaching. Chapter V of this thesis is on the basis of research and investigation, which mainly solves how to practice "effective teaching. Aiming at solving the low efficiency and non-efficiency of mathematics teaching in high school, this thesis discusses the mathematical concept of teaching, mathematical proposition teaching, teaching of literature, the paper stresses Classroom Teaching Assessment of effective teaching strategies. Chapter VI of this experimental study is part of the Experimental research, which discusses the effectiveness of course review teaching tactics of mathematics teaching in the Grade three of senior high school .Experimental research method is before and after the quasi-experimental research, using SPSS13.0 to deal with the experimental data. We can reach the following conclusion: the implementation of effective teaching tactics of Course Review to students can greatly influence students'cognitive achievements and improve the validity of certain aspects of non-cognitive performance.This thesis explores from the theory and practice of the effective teaching. It has a certain theoretical and practical significance.
