Research On Status And Development Countermeasures Of Competitive Sailing In Our Country

Sailing is one of the ancient Olympics sports. Through our generations of human’s efforts, they finally maked significant breakthroughs in the London Olympic Games. Xu Lijia won the Olympics gold medal of women’s Laser Radial class in Sailing! The gold medal is the first one in our Olympics Sailing history in the true sense. At the same time, it breaks the monopoly of European and American people for the Olympic sailing gold medal! Also it brings a great self-confidence for Chinese sailing people.With the success of the Beijing Olympic Games, and the best results we have achieved in outside Olympic Games, we have made considerable progress on sports industry, in a period of rapid development. Under the background of "maritime power" strategy and "Olympic Glorious119Plan" which proposed by Xi Jinping general secretary, Sailing has been an unprecedented opportunity for development.This article will analyze and research on sailing. In literature, expert interviews, field trips law as a research method, through the development process of China’s sailing windsurfing overview from six aspects:the launch area, the team athletes, coaches, competition system, competition funding and equipment and regulatory agencies, analyzes the development of China’s current situation and problems sailing sport. On this basis, through the analysis of the problem, demonstration and research conducted on ways to solve the idea, put forward the corresponding countermeasures. Draw the following conclusions:1While sailing the development of China started late, the pace of development is fast. After60years of development, China sailing has high level in Asia, individual sports reached world leading level.2Considering from the sports human factors:First, training work of talents is the fundamental driving force of development, reserve personnel training thickness and breadth of Yachting are required to further improve; secondly, coaches factors in Yachting play a very important role, is the key to enhance the competitive strength of the athletes.3Considering from sports material factors:first, sailing equipment is expensive, career development funds rely mainly on national funding, social movement, the end of commercialization, funding the biggest factor restricting the development of sport; secondly, natural conditions and infrastructure few are good training base, is not enough to meet the team and the team’s training requirements provinces.4Considering from the sports institutional factors:Chinese Yachting Association is far from played out its functions, the State Sports General Administration still attached water sports management center exists, regulatory agencies and offices mixed together.5Considering from the sports research factors:Yachting scientific research team has made a breakthrough in many ways, but in some ways, such as "Sports Equipment Performance" and other research achievements rarely need more emphasis on research in this area...
