Study On Adaptability Of Hubei Higher Vocational Education And The Development Of Regional Industry

Hubei province is in the critica l period to accelerate economic a nd socia ldeve lopment and upgrade the transformation of industrial structure, during thisperiod, human capita l has become the primary resource eleme nts, whic h is the keyguarantee for economic develop ment. In recent years, the Higher Vocationa lEducation in the province has made a important contribution of HR for the sma lland micro-enterprises, made a positive contribution for the develop ment ofthird-tier c ities and promotion o f regiona l balanced developme nt, also played airreplaceable leading role for the service of "three rura l ", new rura l and thepromotion o f rura l deve lopme nt. However, there are so me contradictions in termsof industria l structure adjustment, required tale nt developme nt and vocationa leducation training, To some extent, It hinder the upgrading pace of the industria lstructure. This thesis researches about the relations hip between Hubei industria lrestructuring and develop ment and the higher vocationa l education thoroughl y fro mtheory and reality. And tries to find out the proble ms and lack of higher vocationa ldeve lopment at present and proposes corresponding countermeasures.
